Athens-Clarke Co. seeking bids on a new P-25 system, recent newspaper article indicated the commissioners are considering possible encryption on some talk groups or all talk groups but getting a major push back from local media.

That link is pointing to the RFP for a design consultant from last May which was talked about here. Is there now a new RFP for a system?
