Planning a trip down to Atlantic City soon can some tell me who handles EMS
for Atlantic City and want they operate on ?

Also the Blue Jitney Buses what they operate on these days.

The Jitneys are no longer blue, they were updated a few years ago and are now green and white. They operate primarily on a DMR system, although I just noticed a couple of FM channels in the listing. I've listened to them on DMR using an SDR dongle and Winbook tablet with DSD+. I haven't tried the FM channels yet to see what type of traffic is on those frequencies.

Exceptional Medical has the AC BLS contract.

And as chance would have it the bids came in today for AC's EMS dispatch. No surprise...AtlantiCare was the only bidder for the contract 5/1/16 to 4/30/17 for $143,319.00.

I was down there last week and must say that 155.175 was quiet, although I didn't do much monitoring while down there. I did hear a few EMS mutual aid transmissions on the Atlantic County system.

Also, if you can find out which hotel security is operating on 467.900, please let me know. (DCS023)

467.9 is listed in the DB as the Wyndam Skyline Tower which is located at 100 S North Carolina Ave.

As for 155.175 being quiet that had to be a rare event. Often I hear ACFD engine companies being dispatched as "no rigs available".

Oh wow. I guess someone figured it out already. I submitted that in last week as either Wyndham or Courtyard Marriot after close-calling it in the area on my scanner. It was rejected for incomplete information and not being in the official FCC database. Good to know someone figured out which hotel it was.

Yeah, I only monitored maybe for an hour the entire time I was down there, so I guess 155.175 was just quiet during that particular time.

I've been listening to 155.175 and have been hearing regular activity on it. Are the BLS and MICU units all atlanticare? Or just the MICUs?

All the ALS are AtlantiCare. BLS is what ever the local is although AtlantiCare has the BLS contract for Egg Harbor City, Mullica Twp & Hammonton. The contract for Atlantic City is Exceptional. Tricare has the contracts for Pleasantville, Northfield/Linwood and Somers Point (SP contract is a sub from Shore Medical Center). Ventnor, Margate, Longport & Brigantine BLS is run by their FD and can be heard on their respective talkgroups.
