Auburn Question

I have 155.745 and 107.2 tone as Auburn City Police. All I am hearing is van transports. Not familiar with Auburn do they transport students with the vans after hours ?? Also I have not heard The City of Auburn Police Dispatch a call on 155.745 at all. Has The City of Auburn Police moved the dispatch frequency ??
The vans are very active even after midnight.

I've noticed the same thing. I don't monitor Lee county that much but as you've stated these transports are very active in the wee hours. Would also like to know if Auburn PD is on another freq.

Auburn PD's main channel is 155.610 (141.3). 155.745 (107.2) was the AUPD's channel before the merger. Now it is mainly used by the PD for football gameday traffic. The "transit" user appeared sometime last year, still haven't figured out what happened to start or the reason for "the new use".

155.745 is now the Night Security Shuttle. It operates between 6pm and 6am, when the regular "Tiger Transit" system isn't running. Tiger Transit uses 462.0375 and 462.5375.
