Audio recording to RR

What audio format is allowed to post files here? M4a does not work so I converted it to MP3 thinking that would be acceptable and apparently that is not either. Unfortunately the file name box keeps covering up the suffixes that are allowed when I try to attach and get rejected so I can't read what suffixes are allowed for audio.
