Re-programming some scanners, I found a discrepancy in the db. It looks like the Night Watch districts, D19 and D20, are transposed in the description vs. the Tag. The Wiki says 19 is West and 20 is East, can anybody confirm?

Arizona Department of Public Safety

460.200 - DPS D13-D19 PhxE - Dist 13 Phoenix Metro East Area and Dist 20 Night Watch Phoenix East Area
460.300 - DPS D14-D20 PhxW - Dist 14 Phoenix Metro West Area and Dist 19 Night Watch Phoenix West Area

Guess I need to re-program also. While monitoring 460.200 on 1 radio, I was hearing the same traffic on what I thought was Metro South on the digital side, TG1060.

Depending upon dispatcher staffing, and how busy the troopers are, Metro East and Metro South may be patched or simulcasted together. This can cause some confusion as to which frequency or TG is for which district.

Unless changes have been made:
460.2000 and TG 1058, Metro East
460.1750 and TG 1018, Metro East Tac
460.2750 and TG 1060, Metro South

(100.0 Hz CTCSS on all 3 UHF channels.)

D14 (west), D5 (central), D13 (east), and D18 (south) are geographically matched with their respective patrol areas. D19 (west/central night watch) and D20 (east/south night watch) are "districts" but work the geographic areas of D14/D5/D13/D18. It's not an entirely new district when the sun goes down. The frequencies remain the same. D19 and D20 are different patrol bureaus and under a different patrol command. It is not asinine; it is a way to manage the span of control. You're not going to be able to listen to DPS in the near future anyway so.

I’d assume DPS will keep the UHF system around for sometime to come but after they switch fully to AZWINS it sounds like they will switch to the big E as well.

That’s what I wanted to know, D19 is West/Central, and D20 is East/South. Thank you.
