We had something similar to that in our C-130’s, your looking at what we called “Intregated Display Control Unit” (IDCU),
our system was called “Self Contained Navigation System” (SCNS) and the picture your looking at is for like you say communications. Com 1 & 2 are set on UHF, HF below, all with no encryption.
