I can guarantee this does not look like a BTF deployment to be very honest. Sending 6 to 7 Spirits to Diego Garcia reminds me of launching Operation Enduring Freedom back in 2001 or Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. Moving 20+ tankers and dozens of C-17's and C-5's, therefore repositioning E-6B Mercuries with fake HEX codes has a meaning.

Sadly there are no frequencies around Diego Garcia, but Airport Detail: OOMS | LiveATC.net would be my bet for the KC-135 Stratotankers refueling the B-2 Spirits en route to their strike mission. ADS-B websites such as flightradar24, AirNav Radarbox and ADS-B Exchange will be a good alternative to spot the tankers supporting the B-2 Spirit bombers.
