Surprised nobody has heard any comms regarding the test flight:

That was a September conversation

B-21 taxi testing.

On September 9th at 5:10AM PST at Palmdale Plant 42 I heard a B-21 preform a taxi test. It did a clockwise loop around Plant 42. I heard the radio comms on my Whistler 1040 on tower: 317.600.

No surprise there. Northrop wheeled out the first of these for public eye over a year ago.
As for catching comms, I could get nothing living near Nellis, save for tower operations when the F-117 first hit the scene.

You would have to be near Palmdale/Edwards just to get anything from the tower.
