BAHA11 on 11.282 Mhz

Does anyone know what agency, aircraft or airline is BAHA11?

I'm listening to San Francisco high-altitude ARTCC and they sometimes call BAHA11 which I haven't been able to find info on, I searched the database, forum and Google search.

Nothing came up on FlightRadar 24 either.
My only guess is that it's military or coast guard.

I'm in Los Angeles, frequency is 11.282 Mhz and mostly in the evening after sunset.

It looks like the KC-135 Tankers out of March ARB use this callsign. From the Henney.com Military Radio Callsign List

BAJA KC-135R, 912th ARS, March ARB CA

It's worth checking Military Monitoring Forum for the callsign and frequency lists.

More specifically the annual Mid-Atlantic thread (Mid-Atlantic (and beyond) MilAir 2025) where Ron regularly posts. He uploads his updated list there and it will usually be more recent than any copies which people post to other websites.
