Barksdale afb

If I were going to try to see if Barksdale afb possibly could have a new system, what frequencies would I search 360 to 400 possibly?

Could be anywhere in the 380-390 MHz range using 12.5 kHz spacing. Search for the control channel. Last I saw they where using a P25 Phase I 400 MHz system. Is that one not active now? See https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=6447

Is this because nothing is being transmitted over the system or you're hearing nothing because all transmissions are encrypted and you have your scanner set to mute encrypted transmissions so you don't hear the annoying digital noise?

Usually ,I can hear little sounds. I know that it is E, but was wondering if they had went to a different system as so many military has done
