State Police Tac Team en route to Virginia Beach due to an armed barricaded subject in a shed. I'm in Newport News and can't pick up VA. Beach comms from my location, but STARs VSP Tac Team 1 TGID 16 is very active (not encrypted), Tac Team 5 TGID 64 is also active but has partially encrypted transmissions.
