Apologies if this has been discussed here before (previous Baycomm threads are no longer open to replies) but I have mapped out an unknown site which comes up as Site ID 32h (DEC 50) Site 15. Frequencies as follows:

454.400 LCN 959
454.425 LCN 960
454.475 LCN 961
454.500 LCN 962
454.575 LCN 963
454.600 LCN 964 (CC)

All frequencies listed here are utilized & carry the same traffic as its neighboring sites

RRDB has Site 15 listed as "Princeton NJ?" but I'm not sure where the submitter got that info from, there's no callsign listed there to back it up. I did frequency searches on RRDB & FCC ULS for PA, NJ, & DE for each frequency, plus an FRN search but still can't locate a licensee. Is this some sort of rogue site?

Not rogue, Everything that's known about the system has been maintained in the wiki..
https://wiki.radioreference.com/index.php/Fleetcall_Frequencies_and_Site_Research
Since all the freqs are 454 paging; Pinning down the site was very difficult..
Princeton was an educated guess that's never been properly confirmed..
Glad to know someone is trying to figure it out!!
I can't figure out what happened to site 8. Neighbor site 4 reports it active but I can no longer find the CC, notes are on that wiki page..
top level page link..
https://wiki.radioreference.com/index.php/Fleetcall :)
Would love to hear what you find out..

Hmm, good to know. Channel ID for the one frequency listed in Site 15 on the wiki doesn't match up with what I'm seeing though so maybe it changed or is an entirely different site with the same frequency? Is anyone allowed to edit the wiki with their findings?

EDIT: Found my answer :)

Those 40xxx series TG's could be Princeton?? Or another large facility..
Try searching the FCC using the advanced search and instead of a specific frequency try a range, I sometimes get results doing that.. I make sure active is checked and set the results page to display 100 per page and see what comes out.. (y)
This will get market sized licenses that don't pin down a specific transmit location..
But a little may help a lot.. Just depends how deep you wanna dig. :D
The neighbor list doesn't rule out Princeton.. IDK

I found these for Wisconsin.. o_O

ULS License - Part 22 VHF/UHF Paging (excluding 931MHz) License - WPVE749 - Baycom Inc.
ULS License - Part 22 VHF/UHF Paging (excluding 931MHz) License - WPVE757 - Baycom Inc.
ULS License - Part 22 VHF/UHF Paging (excluding 931MHz) License - WPVE758 - Baycom Inc.

They may have worked out a deal with another vendor.. So it may be near impossible to pin down. Like an NTIA site..

TG's
40022 Unidentified (04/15/2019) Site 15
40027 Unidentified (04/15/2019) Site 15
40310 Unidentified (04/15/2019) Site 15
40316 Unidentified (04/15/2019) Site 15
40319 Unidentified (04/15/2019) Site 15
40320 Unidentified (04/15/2019) Site 15
40324 Unidentified (04/15/2019) Site 15

Next time I add TG's to the wiki I'll add those, unless of course you do it first, along with any other finds!! :)

Here's a site I mapped as Site 16 (licensed as Homan), WNUH622 & WIK575 Waterford Works, I'll submit the update to RRDB:
461.43125 ID 447, RAN 16
461.69375 ID 489, RAN 16
462.04375 ID 545, RAN 16
463.46875 ID 695, RAN 16
463.95625 ID 773, RAN 16 (CC)
502.3375 ID 1004 RAN 16
501.9375 ID 1007 RAN 16

Most traffic carried on this system appears to be encrypted 40xxx talkgroups, though I am seeing talkgroups in the clear come up from Fleetcall

Update: DSD+ just updated saying ID 896 is a secondary CC & a new ID 782. I'll try and find these frequencies, I don't see them listed in the wiki

I listen to Site 10 regularly, this is one of the CC's I use to test antennas. The only channel I've ever heard activity on is the one already listed on the RRDB: 462.7375, 1021 Ran 10. Back to Site 16, I had to restart the SDR & DSD+, haven't seen either 782 or 896 pop up again. I got to move on from my present location but I'll see if I can pick up the CC from home to continue to monitor...

I've noticed it's quite common to get errant CH ID reports on NXDN sites. Repetition is important :giggle:
