How do use control only mode on this radio? Do you get the voice or only the data?
I tried it and I get only the data bursts no voice with the TG ids no voice comea over.
Can any one help me out?

Hi Fred1 it has to be a Motorola 800 or 900 MHz system and only one system per bank.

Would you please provide a link for the TRS in question ?

BC 250 d Control Only Mode

I was trying to to just keep PHILA PD on I have them in a bank programed. I had this radio for about 2 years. I listen primarly to PHILA and NJ state police. My county uses 500 mhz analog non trunked for pd/fd in DEL Co PA.

With Philadelphia systems you need to adjust the Sound Quality Fine Tuning. Page 78 of the BC250D manual.
