BC125AT no reception

I have a BC125AT that has up until this week worked fine. Now I am unable to receive on any of my programmed frequencies.

The scanner is scanning and all of my frequencies are being displayed. The volume is all the way up and the squelch appears to be set properly.

can you hear anything through headphones or a computer speaker ?

And, if you manually tune to a known strong constant transmission (like one of the NOAA WX frequencies) do you hear anything?

Have you tried the any of the pre programmed frequencies?
