Im new to this(dummy), sorry first if im posting in the wrong area. I give up on tring to program my scanner. Anyone in the Sunbury area(delaware county) that can program my scanner for me? I belive I have the right freq's etc. in but im doing something wrong. Any help would be great.

If you're trying to listen to the County Law Enforcement & Fire/EMS agencies, the BC246T won't work. You'll need a digital capable scanner to monitor the countywide trunked radio system.
