BC340CRS Question

I have a BC340CRS and my home county will be going Digital (When, I have no clue!) the frequencies are in the 400Mhz and its NOT Trunking. My question is will I still be able to listen to my county on my BC340CRS? or will I have to buy a digital scanner?

If they are going digital, you will need a digital scanner. However, some call MOTROBO digital which cannot be monitored by a scanner. Do you know what type digital system they will have?

You would need a digital scanner for the P25. You can't monitor the Open Sky system.

I recommend getting a newer digital scanner like: BCD396XT, BCD996XT, HomePatrol or PSR-800.
