BC346xt/Motorola smart zone ll

On our local system there are 6 control channels and 12 or so frequencies for the simucast site.
I have recently been getting poor quality reception on 3 or 4 of the frequenccies. It includes a lot of static on a couple and strange noises on others and week signals too.
Can this be a system problem or a problem with my bc346xt?
The first several months of my scanning was fine. Only recently has this started.
I tried an 800 mz specific antenna, the stock antenna, a telescoping antenna with no difference. re uuploading from RR numerious times etc.
Just curious, anyone have any comments on my quandry?

That system is going through rebanding. You should try to make friends on the Nevada forum. Start hanging out there and watch for rebanding news and tips. I suspect the upgrade process may take awhile and no one is going to be able to tell how to fix your problems immediately. You will have to be patient for a while.
