Are you using software to program? If you are using freescan, those settings (and I'm going to assume you're working with a digital trunked system here) can be had on the Site Setup form
The settings will largely be determined by how well you are receiving the signal at your location. This article in our wiki gives you a good explanation of the various parameters. Even though it focuses on the older T models, it works the same way

Keep in mind that the Uniden DMA scanners can't handle Phase II, TRBO or NXDN trunks. Without knowing the system it's hard to say more
