BCD436HP/BCD536HP: BCD 436 HP Question the 2 side sockets top one ??

Hi all I just bought a BCD438HP and it DID not come with all the accessories, NP Got a decent deal
It programs fine it came in like NEW condition, My Question is Under the silicon flap right side of the scanner from the front there's 2 Sockets
I know the Bottom socket is for programming and charging the radio (right) OK But what is the top socket for it's smaller and grey in color

It's for connecting a GPS...

The universal Uniden GPS kit has the proper cable to connect it to the scanner...
