BCD325P2 DB question

i have as stated in topic a BCD325P2, and somehow cant find a program to transfer frequencies to my radio. I have tried Freescan, wont work, Pro Scan looks great and all but unfortunately wont import .csv files i get on this site.. so i need a .txt file apparently and it is seemingly not available!.. Any ideas what program to use and where to get appropriate files for frequency transfer?.. A little disappointed thus far, I paid for member services and there is nothing here i can find to warrant paying... can someone help me please

Your badge says you are a premium subscriber, so you can directly import from the RR database into ProScan.
