Side by side with the R30 and 436HP all using a Watson 881 the BCD325 is not getting any signal when listening to various 29 MHz hams or 33 MHz skip. All other bands are fine, 800, digital, VHF 150s etc . Tried a reset with no luck.

Are you using the stock antenna on the 325? Try swapping antennas. Check your squelch setting on the 325. It should normally be set at 2. Is the modulation set to the proper mode on the 10 meter ham frequencies you are monitoring (AM, FM, Etc.) Is bandwidth correct?

He said all using a Watson 881, which is a wideband antenna 25-1900 MHz. Which makes me wonder. Is that 3 seperate antennas or 1 antenna feeding 3 scanners through a multicoupler of some type?

Edit- Ok post above cleared that up..

if the squelch is on 0 or 1, the squelch should be off and you would just get static.
if it is not doing that there is something else wrong.

If you have reception on CB, 10 meters should also be OK. Does squelch close on 10 meters or are you hearing a signal? If squelch is open, you should hear noise.

Thanks for the replies. Everything appears to be back to normal.
I tried reset (s), re- running the firmware update and a few startup tests for good measure. Birdie search 2+0+ on. Scan rate test 3+9+ on and Software version test 5+9+ on.
Reloaded everything back from ArcXT.
