BCD436HP battery swap - no output

this has happened for the 3rd time in 8 days

swapped the batteries - output ceases

the unit is still scanning my selected favorites list - no output

previous 2 times i reformatted card - reloaded lists...

there must be something else going on -

i know we should not have to reload program with each change of batteries...

thoughts?

You probably have a bad card.

Turn off the scanner before removing the batteries. Wait for the scanner to turn off. Removing the batteries while the scanner is turned on will cause the SD Card to have problems.
