BCT15X: BCT-15x issue

My Bct15x brand new out of the box today, is having some issues. It’s scanning conventional frequencies perfectly yet not trunked. I entered all the custom band plans TGIDs and everything as well as the control channels. But every time I go to scan or hold its displays “finding control channel” and NFM, and does not display the entered control channel below the TGID name. I’m not sure why this is happening. I have another bct15x that is brand new today and is running great with trunked frequencies and is cloned from the one I’m having issues with. Any help is much appreciated.

is the squelch set the same on both scanners and are they attached to the same antenna at the same time. count the freq one by one in each scanner and make sure they are identical.

Thanks for your help. I just keep messing with it this morning got it working now, I’m not to quite sure what was wrong but after some resets and double checking Programming im up and running.
