BCT-8 Programming help needed

No matter how hard I try to program this radio for the Seminole County (Florida) Public Safety trunked system I cant get it to work, I dont know if SCPS has rebanded yet either, I would like this system programmed for me with the rebanding done also, I am more than willing to pay for this service, Scannermaster, Universal Radio & Grove dont program this particular model, any help is appreciated.....Francosis.

Well you can check our database to see if the system is there - if it's been rebanded, you will find a big message about it in the database entry. Go to the top left toolbar under the site title, float your mouse over Database and use the various drop downs to get to Seminole County Florida...
