However, take note; assuming you are in California, LAPD is shown in our database to use P25 digital. These 2 scanners cannot copy this kind of transmission. You can tell this quite easily by looking in the 'Tone' column - if it has 'NAC' in there, you know for sure it's a P25 digital signal. Our database entry for LA County is here...
