How do i program my scanner for a mall in riverside, california ?

Retail Scanner Frequencies It is programmed like any freq you have done before. Enter
464.77500 and ignore the 241.8 PL. You scanner does not have the capability to use tone squelch, but it will not affect your ability to receive the mall security freq. However, the license for this freq. has expired (click on KUP466). They may have just forgotten to renew, but mall security may have changed hands, and then this freq would no longer be in use.

While Private Bank scanning is activated, press
HOLD/RESUME and enter the channel number where you
want to store a frequency by using the keypad, then press
HOLD/RESUME.
Change the channel by using the up or down key.
2. Enter the frequency you want to store by using the keypad
and (decimal key).
3. Press E to store the frequency into the channel.
