Becoming a Feed Provider

So I signed up to become a feed provider..how long does it take to get approved? And what should I do in the mean time? I take it once i'm approved..where do I get this software package to begin the process?..I've read to the policies and all that of what we're supposed to adhere too..sounds all pretty simple and straight-forward..
