Bedford PD (Cuyahoga County)

I am trying to locate Bedford Police in Cuyahoga County on either Ohio MARCS-IP or on GCRCN. However, no such luck. However, I can hear what sounds like a simulcast from some system on 423.525 (their old channel). Are they still using 423.525 for comms? Or, are they on one of the aforementioned systems and I can not locate their talk group(s)?

Bedford Police still uses their 423.525 frequency for dispatch. They are not on MARCS-IP or GCRCN.

I wonder why. Considering Bedford FD is on MARCS-IP and Chagrin Valley Dispatch is literally within spitting distance from Bedford PD/FD/City Hall.
