I am headed to Bellaire Beach for vacation and wanted to know what counties and city systems to download?

According to the database for Pinellas county (http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?ctid=367) , it has 4 public safety systems.
They have an analog Motorola system- http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=270
They have another analog Motorola system that is for St.Petersburg- http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=5507
And they have a P-25 system- http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=4290
