I am an earlier purchaser of the SDS100, and was promised a battery replacement with a notice in the SDS100 box when I opened it. My radio has long been registered with Uniden and my address has been verified in my Uniden account since August. It is now December 20, 2018, and I still have not received my big battery. I was wondering if the batteries are still being shipped out to early adopters. Two people I know who were expecting their batteries received them in November. Is there someone I can write or call to check on the status of my replacement battery? I would like to get the battery I was promised when I purchased my SDS100. It's a great scanner, and having the big battery would help.

I am also still waiting on my battery. I ordered mine on pre-order and received my SDS100 on June 6th.
I am confident the replacement battery will arrive....eventually.

Why not call Uniden and check the myuniden site and verify your info is correct?

Without knowing your my.uniden.com login name, I can't look up your record. You should log in and ensure that you've entered the ESN and checksum for the scanner. Also, confirm that your email address for the account is accurate. We sent an email out early on to advise that both address verification and entry of ESN/checksum is required before we will send out the battery.

If your my.uniden.com and radioreference member names are the same, then you still need to go in and confirm your address. It would also be good if your phone # was something other than all zeros (some shipping methods require a valid phone number).

I bought my SDS100 used in April and re-registered to to me. Got my battery 90 days later. It is your responsibility to maintain your MyUniden account.

I had my address set til oct 10th than a cat 4-5 hurricane destroyed areas where I live. I had to take off the address update cause I wasn't too sure if I was able to move back in. I've been back in my place for a week two weeks ago I reupdated the address.

Yes sir, that means that you maintained your account. Apparently someone in this thread did not know their username, so Uniden couldn't help them.

I'm trying to see if I can merge the accounts I'm waiting for a reply back.

I was thinking of mentioning that, but thought that perhaps you had a work account and a home account. Uniden support walked me though moving the DMR and NXDN license keys from the original owner to my account.

I'm waiting on Unidensupport to reply back I'm sure he/she is typing the info for the steps to merge into the bravo14 account.
