DPS, not sure which frequency or even site, but someone was cursing police depts it was very staticy, this was just minutes ago. DPS dispatch told everyone to "Move to West Tec (?) for 'bleed in'" sounded deliberate, as if some immature kid found a way to get into DPS dispatch frequency and say I repeat "Radio Pu**y all of you all, are PU ** IES" then moments later, (F word) Punks" . I hope they catch this doofus. Ah ha, just overheard- on DPS 14, and used the "fa**ot" word, sounded like two rotten kids trying to be "big".

It happens occasionally. Years ago, Phoenix PD and FD had their harassers, Tempe did, Mesa, Peoria, etc. The only agencies that didn't were Glendale and then Goodyear, because they were on 800 MHz early on and there was little to no surplus gear capable to access those freqs. Since DPS is still operating on UHF in much of the State, plenty of gear is out there that is capable of being wrongfully misused. It will continue and even on 700/800 MHz, there are smart enough people out there to gain access for a short time.

'FPP disease' can be a minor itch or a full blown schizophrenic rage on frequencies non-gov't do not have legitimate access to.
