Block Island DMR

Is it possible to receive Block Island from Seekonk? I have them correctly programmed using Sentinel software but I never received any transmission from them. I have both the Uniden sds200 and sds100 with the DMR upgrade on stock antenna and I think I'm too far away to get a good signal. Any reply will be greatly appreciated. I would think with a better antenna you might have a chance. They are only transmitting 90 watts. How do you receive Bristol PD DMR?

I was in Exter yesterday and lock my scanner (sds100) on their system. I was getting 4 bars of signal strength but in the 30 minutes I was there, I did not hear any transmissions. I assume it was a slow day on the block, but who knows
