Blount County/Scanning Issues

Wondering if anyone can help me out here. I own a Radio Shack Pro 668 scanner and I recently programmed in a few different channels for an out of state trip I took. Since then, I'm having issues with some of my normal Blount County frequencies. I believe it is affecting the conventional frequencies such as AMR and Blount Fire. These channels will no longer scan, and when I specifically lock onto them they are showing little to no signal strength, although they will come in occasionally by themselves. I've compared my handheld with the Scanner Radio app on my phone...I can hear AMR traffic on the phone that I never heard on the handheld. So why all of a sudden will AMR and other channels not scan? I have tried going back to default settings as well as deleting and re-adding the frequencies. Any ideas what I can do?

Edit: digital channels like BCSO and MPD will scan fine.

Did you accidentally turn on the attenuator? Check that the appropriate service types are enabled (scan lists 151 and above). Also check that a scan set is enabled with the scan lists you are using.
