Is this for real, or simply no trains showing on ATCS?
All Good on the Phoenix Subdivision. BNSF 13 out of El Paso.
Dispatcher's weren't able do do anything between 8:00 am to 10:?? am. something Pacific time.
I checked multiple web cams and everyone was stopped.
Barstow yard was stopped.

Probably a system outage for PTC/ITCnet software updates if anything.
