Brampton Fire Station 212

well i am very surprised no one has posted this yet, But Brampton Fire has now opened up Station 212 on Mississauga Rd North of Steeles with Pumper 212. But with the new out goes the old.

The two volunteer stations 217,218 have been closed as of the opening of Station.212 on January 19 2011

Today was Pumper 212 first call. If you guys with trunker, you may get a new channel for Station 212 to be added to the database....

Has anyone heard Tanker 218 since station 218 closed? Any idea which station it's at now and if it was renumbered/

from what i seen in their, so far is Pump 212 new unit, the air light unit and their is some other truck their, could be from 217 or 218 and possible tanker. From what i seen from the street it looks like it maybe either a pumper or tanker.

Looks like Rehab 201 has been moved from Station 210 into 212. There is also another pumper there, looks like it may be the spare, which is SP252. It was housed at Station 209.

Looks like they have moved the spare aerial into Station 210 now as well.

Have not seen a page or call for any of the vollies from 217 or 218 in a while now, so I assume they are out of commission for most regular calls. I did hear radio testing from the vollie stations on Sunday morning though. That's usually when they show up to clean the trucks, test radios,etc.

Not sure how that will work for the rehab truck,and the tankers now. The vollies were usually called out to man and deliver these if needed.

Brampton Station 212

Station 212 talkgroup is 6992.
Vollies 217 and 217 are gone after years of faithful service.
Pumpers 217 and 218 went to Training.
Tanker is now based at 209.
Rehab now based at 212 and paged out as before.
