I saw a Kenwood UHF portable radio at the Grand Plaza Senior community in Lauderhill. The transmissions sounded like emergency alarms being activated and housekeeping and maintenance schedules. A license search showed 451.6125 MHz under WQBR664. Can anybody in the Broward County area confirm this frequency? Digital, analog, DMR?

Correct but don't go by emissions alone. DMR may still be in use despite an analog-only designator
