Found this on youtube. This is very neat, especially when dispatcher starts out "1-ADAM 12, See the man" . Adam 12 is the show that introduced me in listening to police radio.

I think Martin Milner did more for the LAPD, and police recruiting nationwide, than anyone in history. He was my inspiration. I never missed an episode from 68-71 until I went in the service. I watched it when I could and in reruns years later.

He was good on 'Route 66', and great in his small part as a southern Shore Patrolman in the hit movie 'Mister Roberts". He was also in three episodes, including the pilot episode, of the TV show 'Emergency ! '

I saw that video on YouTube a few months ago...Martin Millner was a great actor and, as mentioned above, a great recruiting officer!

Wow

He led me into 25 years with my P.D. Him and his guys on patrol. Watching that YouTube video was tough. Been through the real thing at my friends E.O.W. services, got the same feeling. I couldn't finish it.... Thank You
