Okay, maybe Google didn't like you but the fire apparatus info, at least, is among the links that Fineshot1 provided.
Follow the link to the fire chiefs' association and from there to Apparatus -- most or all apparatus and it is pretty easy to pick out the pattern. Each station has a three-digit code, the first two digits of which represent the town and the last digit represents the station within the town. For example Bordentown Township has stations 321 and 322. The stations then add a fourth digit representing the apparatus, so 3210-3219 belong to Station 321 (Mission) and 3220-3229 belong to Station 322 (Derby).
Sorry I can't help with PD, I don't know off the top of my head and I didn't explore the links to see if that is also there.
