I think I figured it out. You found latitude/longitude of Burr Ridge Village Center, plugged it in on FCC License Proximity Search Did a search, found them, clicked callsign a freqs are displayed. Correct. If searching the FCC database by name turns up nothing then I search by geography as you described.
