Calgary Codes

I live in Calgary,Ab I am trying to get some of the codes for out here. I Think that they may be using a digital system. here is what I have found under Calgary codes. What do I need to be able to listen to them.
I am new to the Scanner idea. I have a cheap hand held scanner. Undiden Nascar

Those are talkgroup IDs on a trunked system so you'd need a Trunk Tracking scanner to monitor.
The mode A is analog, so no need for digital. Anything with a D under mode would need a digital capable scanner, and anything DE is digital encrypted, and not monitorable.
