Call Setup Issue

I’m sure this is something super simple I’m missing.
Applied for calls.
Put API and system id in both trunkingrecorder and SDRTRUNK but no uploads to call platform.

I double checked my numbers and my Rdio scanner and Broadcastify Feed are working fine on SDRtrunk.

Does SDRTrunk connect to the calls server and upload calls without trunkingrecorder running?

Also are you uploading conventional or trunked systems?

It does connect with SDRTRUNK. I just closed trunkingrecorder and will monitor it. (Small rural area)

Trunked system is what I’m using.

I don't use trunkingrecorder, but I don't think you can have both trying to upload to Calls at the same time, I maybe wrong on that though.

What system and tgid's are you uploading, and do you know if you are the only one uploading them? Will check them out if you let us know what you are uploading.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I tried it with trunking recorder and SDRTRUNK at different times but never got any calls uploaded to broadcastify.

Set it up in the new TRS Console to monitor Calls sites, but so far no uploads to listen to. Also listening to the Broadcastify legacy feed to compare.

You do have the TGIDs (Alias) set up under the Streaming options on the Node, I assume, and not just the Node ID.

Heard Fire call on the legacy feed but not on the Calls feed.

Make sure you have the Alias added to the Alias tab in the right panel.

Well just checked and it’s uploaded 10 calls so maybe it’s started working since I closed out of trunking recorder? But that means I can’t open TR to organize calls on my computer even if I’m not using it to stream?

I am hearing Hancock county once I setup a playlist for it. But its not coming thru on the new TRS Console using ID 5742, might not have been setup by the admin to work on the new console yet is my guess.

Not sure on the TR thing since I don't use it and not familiar with its operation, hopefully someone with TR knowledge will chime in.

Everything appears to be working after opening TR back up so must have just been a glitch on my end.

I’m not sure on the new TRS Console, maybe a admin can help out later.
