I know it says the database is refreshed once a week, but its been nearly two weeks since I got mine and it still tells me it is not in the database.
Callsign issue?

Are you talking about the RR database or the FCC database? Only the FCC counts. Amateur radio or ??

The RR database and for amateur radio. I've seen my callsign in the ULS so I know its there and when it was added.
