Can Christmas Lights Interfere With VHF/FM/UHF Signals?

If so, How far should I keep christmas lights away from my coax cable to avoid interference on my FM radio?

Note: I am not worried about it interfering with my antenna or reciever, because they are at a distance from the lights. However, the christmas lights come somewhat close to the coax cable.

I've got some LED lights under the breakfast bar in my kitchen. I absolutely wipes out my LowBand CHP reception, and sends some birdies in the t-band. It's definitely raising the noise floor.
