Can You Recommend an Online Retailer?

I'm looking to purchase the Uniden UBC125XLT.

Do you know of reliable retailers from whom I can order this scanner?

The lowest I have found it was around £109

Since I need it shipped to the US, whoever I purchase it from should give me a price that's lower than the advertised price as it should be VAT free.

Am I correct?

Maybe someone from EU will correct me, but you cant get VAT free goods shipped outside EU,
My understanding is that you get VAT free if you are registered for VAT in other EU country with this country business VAT number. Complicated more, you actually pay VAT and claim back via your VAT registration in your country. Comprendo ?? Man, just pay the price and get your scanner, too much shagging around for small amount of money. It is wasting time to do the paperwork by any retailer.
ps I tried get Uniden 3600 out of Poland (VAT free of course) and this was the answer I got from the Uniden distributor. Good luck
