Can't hear Haldimand Fire

I have a Bearcat BCD536HP. I have it programmed, and it is working just fine. But I can not seem to pick up Haldimand Fire even though it is programmed in. I can receive Norfolk. I have both programmed the same way except with different frequency. My little scanner can pick them up. I'm lost.

The PL tone of 136.5 that the database shows is incorrect. Use the PL code 167.9 and you will be on your way...

Are you familiar with the Sentinel software?

Edit the favorites list that has Haldimand County within it.
Go to the section that has the channels for each service and you should see a box that says audio option
click on the frequency of interest, and in the audio option box, choose the PL tone that was mentioned earlier.
