Caught Cedar Co using on their countywide fire 154.415 Repeater with a NAC of 064. They are still using analog for fire paging. No doubt they are in the process of changing over or using it with analog in parallel.

They started migrating in October. Officially I would call it mixed mode, as I do still hear some traffic in analog.
