I drive a school bus and over the summer the lot changed 2 way radio technology. Apparently the new radios, which are Motorola model TLK150, utilize cell phone technology. Can anyone explain how this works and is there any opportunity to listen to the base to individual radios using a BCD325P2? Any help is appreciated.

It uses IP data on cellular networks (push-to-talk over cellular, aka PTToC or POC). You can't receive it on a scanner.
