Maybe it's a large factory of some sort.

They have multiple plants around tampa, I'm not sure about any siren system.

When i did delivery to cf industries in plant city and i have bc396xt on close call and at 12 noon i heard digital and then i hears siren going off and then i heard voice on scanner and siren at same time, they told me it was a test to eas they do this every wednesday at 12 noon
