Change of Address

I'm trying to change my address in the FCC ULS database, but have not been able to do it yet.

I found my FRN, created a CORES account, but can't associate my FRN with the CORES. When I try I am prompted for the FRN password, which I don't have record of ever entering. When I try to reset my FRN password, I get a message that there is no FRN associated with my name.

I've tried using the option to send the association request to the administrator but then get a message telling me that there is no administrator. There is supposed to be an option to use my secret question to do the association, but there is no option to do that.

Has anyone had luck doing this?

Thanks. I was at least able to submit the request for a PSQ. We'll see what happens with that.

Part of the problem might be the browser I was using. I switched to a different one for the PSQ request and it worked.

The reason I need this is that we're now living in Williamson County.

If you are using Edge or a Microdoft product, try using Chrome or another browser. It appears that the Federal Govt. still has a thing about Microsoft compatibility.
