"I) A resolution authorizing the Mayor to apply for and accept, if approved, a Public Safety Interoperable Communications Grant through the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency of up to $14,000,000, with the State of Tennessee funding the required match of twenty percent (20%), for the Mobile Communications Services Department to establish a Regional Interoperable Communications System.
